At MoissaniteSupply, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. 1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed through the MoissaniteSupply website are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or observed holidays.
During periods of elevated demand—including product launches, promotional events, and holiday seasons—processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any anticipated delays.
An order confirmation email does not indicate that your order has shipped. It confirms that your order has been received and is being prepared for fulfillment. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
MoissaniteSupply offers standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States and to all international regions available through our platform.
Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: $5.00 flat rate
Orders containing 2 or more items qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment.
Maximum Delivery Time:
Depending on demand, inventory location, and carrier performance, delivery may take up to 20 business days from the shipment date.
Split Shipments:
Some orders may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In these cases, items may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Delivery Notes:
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors outside of our control.
MoissaniteSupply does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
MoissaniteSupply ships to all international regions and territories available through our e-commerce platform. International customers enjoy the same standard shipping method with delivery estimates that may vary depending on the destination country, local postal infrastructure, and customs processing times.
International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays caused by customs inspections, local holidays, or carrier-related issues. MoissaniteSupply is not responsible for delays that occur once a package has left our fulfillment facility and is in the custody of the shipping carrier or local postal authority.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined and imposed by local customs authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
MoissaniteSupply has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or applicability.
By placing an international order with MoissaniteSupply, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed upon delivery.
Refusal to pay such charges resulting in the return of a package may result in the forfeiture of the order, and any refund issued will be at MoissaniteSupply sole discretion, less all shipping costs incurred.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been generated by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status of their shipment. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or indicates an issue, please contact us at moisupplyy@gmail.com so we can investigate on your behalf.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and deliverable.
MoissaniteSupply is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, returned to sender, or otherwise undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address entered by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error on the part of the customer, reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense and at MoissaniteSupply's discretion.
We strongly recommend that all customers double-check their shipping details—including apartment or unit numbers, ZIP codes, and country—before completing their purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
7. P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
MoissaniteSupply does ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Please note that deliveries to these address types may experience longer transit times than standard residential or commercial addresses. MoissaniteSupply is not responsible for extended delivery times associated with these address types and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for such shipments.
8. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SHIPPING NOTES
MoissaniteSupply specializes in premium moissanite jewelry. All jewelry items sold through our store are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and product integrity upon delivery. Our products consist of moissanite stones set in high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, designed for durability and long-term wear.
Our jewelry items are classified as non-hazardous goods for shipping purposes and are fully compliant with standard domestic and international shipping regulations.
In rare cases, certain carriers or destination countries may apply additional screening or customs procedures to fine jewelry shipments. Any delays resulting from such inspections are beyond MoissaniteSupply’s control.
